Lesson

1. Payment Structure: Students are required to prepay for a block of 10 lessons at the beginning of each cycle. Payment must be received before lessons commence.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: Students may cancel or reschedule a lesson with at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
3. Medical Emergencies: In the case of illness or a medical emergency, a medical certificate must be provided to waive the lesson fee.
4. Refund Policy:
   • Refund requests for any reason, including change of mind, will incur a processing fee equivalent to one hour of lesson cost. The remaining balance will be refunded.
   • A full refund will be issued if lessons are terminated due to circumstances initiated by the school, such as the teacher ceasing to teach, switching to a different teacher, or changing lesson times due to teacher availability.

Agreement to Terms: By enrolling in lessons, students agree to these terms and conditions.
